This recipe is delicious as well as nutritious. Enjoy these chips with a quick dip in some Ranch Dressing or on their own as a filling snack. Keep an eye on these while they’re baking-they can burn very quickly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale, cleaned, leaves trimmed from stalk

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  • In a large bowl, add kale leaves and the olive oil. Toss to coat the leaves evenly with the oil.
  • Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to the bowl. Toss again to coat the leaves evenly.
  • On a parchment-lined baking baking sheet, spread the kale into an even layer. Place the sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the baking sheet, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Cool the kale on the tray for 3 minutes before serving.
